Jordon's group will be looking at the metaphors from both the perspective that comes from inside the traditional congregation as well as from the viewpoint of leaving that behind to plant a church.

Soularize 2007 N.T. (Tom) WrightDwight Friesen
The lens through which Dwight will facilitate this conversation group’s exploration of the transformational metaphors the may best be described as a social-network theological lens.  This conversation will draw in psychologists, theologians and leadership consultants as we explore the interanimation of living/organic social network self-organization and relational theology and from that starting point, the conversation will evolve as the participants shape it with their presence.

Soularize 2007 N.T. (Tom) WrightTodd Littleton
Join Todd for the next seven months as he facilitates conversations around the possibilities that come with living in new metaphors. Following the course charted in Spencer Burke’s Making Sense of Church, Todd will facilitate calls with practitioners with a Soularize learning group through the transitional matrix that has been described as an impossibility to abide.

Soularize 2007 N.T. (Tom) WrightTim Parsley
This group will explore the 7 metaphors through a specifically artistic lens. We will speak with artists of various forms, key thinkers and leaders, authors and professors, from both inside and outside the Christian context. These perspectives will offer a unique dialogue as well as exploring questions such as: How does artistic practice inform spiritual practice? What does Christian art history have to say about contemporary concerns? How does form relate to content? How can a faith community incorporate the arts into its ethos in a way that is formative, and not simply decorative? The artist stands in a place where the view is different. This group will seek to capture that view as it relates to the spiritual journey.
